1. Acceptance & eligibility
Microforge is an independent microSaaS operation run by Roberto, based in Brazil. By creating an account, purchasing, or using any service you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and that you are at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you don't agree, don't use the services.
2. Accounts
- An account (email sign-in) is created at signup, before the free trial. Practice mode runs on fictitious money and is free and unlimited.
- Keep your credentials confidential and accurate. One account per person; no sharing or reselling access.
- You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. The products & their nature
Microforge currently operates Theta
(theta.microforge.app), non-custodial
automation software for spot crypto trading. Its use is governed by the product's own
Terms,
which prevail over these on anything specific to it.
⚠ Automation software — not investment advice. We are not financial advisers. Crypto is volatile and you can lose money; past results do not guarantee future results. Theta is non-custodial: your funds stay in your own exchange account, and the API key it uses reads balances and places orders — it cannot withdraw. The final decision and responsibility are always the user's.
4. Plans & billing
- Theta has a free Practice mode (fictitious money, unlimited) with no card and no time limit. There is no subscription: in live mode a percentage is charged on realised profit above the account's previous best (high-water mark), and a month with no new profit means no invoice. No tiers; current terms are shown at theta.microforge.app/planos and at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe Payments (card, plus boleto on the BRL plans). Card data is handled entirely inside Stripe's PCI-DSS Level 1 environment — we never receive or store your card details. Crypto payments (USDT) are prepaid and do not auto-renew.
- There is no automatic renewal and no term to see out: you can stop at any time, and there is no subscription to cancel. The monthly invoice shows the available payment methods. The commercial model changed on 05/10/2026; anyone who contracted under the previous model keeps the terms then in force.
5. Refunds
We offer a 14-day guarantee from payment confirmation: if you are not satisfied for any reason, ask for a refund by email and we process a full reversal to the card. Write to roberto@microforge.app with your order ID. Because Practice mode is free and unlimited, letting you evaluate the tool before paying anything, refunds outside this window are at our discretion.
6. Acceptable use
- No reselling, sublicensing, or sharing access; no reverse engineering or scraping.
- No unlawful use, no attempts to break security, no deliberate system abuse or overload.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Microforge's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, equipment damage, or losses from use of the information provided.
8. Intellectual property
Code, design, brands (Microforge, Theta) and curated content are ours. Your content (bot settings, order history) stays yours — you can export it. You grant us a limited license to process it only to run the service.
9. Changes & governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes get reasonable notice. Continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil (where the operator is based). Nothing here waives mandatory consumer rights you have under your local law.
